Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Greet attendees, provide directional assistance, and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage registration/check-in processes and distribute event materials
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout venues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines and resolve issues
- Assist with vendor coordination and equipment handling as needed
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Irvine event venues
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes
- Quick problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
