Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas according to store layout plans
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate inventory management systems and POS equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
