Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the checkout counter.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash balance accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience is a plus.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
