Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge through training and product sampling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, origins, and flavor profiles
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Food Handler's certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
