Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest registration, and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service and information support
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety compliance
- Operate ticketing systems and POS equipment when required
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow event staff
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident reporting
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
