Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at concerts, conferences, and corporate functions
- Manage guest registration, credential verification, and access control
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure event safety and compliance
- Manage inventory and equipment distribution during events
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid US work authorization
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation
