Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Assist with daily operations including guest check-ins, dining service, and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support inventory management and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university (student status required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
