Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery
- Manage 4-6 tables while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be available 2-3 shifts weekly (15-25 hours)
- Basic math and POS system aptitude
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
