- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservation systems and maintain accurate records
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all areas
- Support inventory management and restocking tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
