Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations during evening hours
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure optimal condition
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to GPS navigation and traffic regulations for timely deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery management app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
- Evening availability (4 PM - 11 PM, flexible scheduling)
- Basic math skills for cash handling when applicable
