Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process reservations and maintain accurate booking records
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with evening facility operations and light administrative tasks
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office Suite
