Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays according to planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and safely unload delivery trucks
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient stocking operations
- Ensure proper rotation of perishable goods
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Availability to work shifts between 4 AM - 9 AM (flexible scheduling)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
