Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and pricing
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid pallet jack certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
