Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems, handle returns/exchanges, and balance daily cash drawers
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and assist with store stocking as needed
- Uphold company standards for safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills for cash handling
