Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a smile and provide exceptional service at the register.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments efficiently and maintain accurate change.
- Assist with bagging purchases and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking shelves when not at the register.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is required.
