Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Ensure venue safety compliance and emergency protocol adherence
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Monitor crowd dynamics and report security concerns to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
