Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes with precision
- Execute venue setup and breakdown according to event specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
