Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and venue operations for concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Deliver premium customer service and resolve attendee inquiries in real-time
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for flawless event execution
- Set up/break down event spaces according to detailed specifications
- Monitor inventory and maintain equipment integrity throughout shifts
- Submit incident reports and post-event documentation promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays (15-25 hrs/week)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of event management software is a plus
- Experience with RFID scanning or ticketing systems preferred
