Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest flow management, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue staff for cohesive event execution
- Manage ticketing/check-in systems and maintain accurate attendance records
- Assist with inventory management and equipment handling
- Adapt quickly to dynamic event environments and changing priorities
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screening
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Must attend mandatory paid training sessions (16 hours total)
