- Set up and manage vendor-provided equipment including registration kiosks, signage, and audiovisual gear
- Execute event protocols using provided safety equipment (e.g., crowd control barriers, first aid kits)
- Represent client brands with supplied professional attire and branded materials
- Operate event technology tools provided by our agency (check-in tablets, credential scanners)
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs through our digital portal
- Coordinate with on-site managers using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
