Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest registration, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for synchronized operations
- Conduct thorough venue inspections before/during/after events
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in events, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
