Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up/break down event equipment and decorations
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Execute event-specific tasks (ticket scanning, VIP assistance)
- Report operational issues to event coordinators
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid ID
- Reliable transportation to Miami venues
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
