Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through professional service and attention to detail
- Manage venue operations including setup, breakdown, and crowd control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and event teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Support promotional activations and brand ambassador initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols (CPR certification a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
