Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Event Operations: Assist with setup, tear-down, and execution of event logistics including registration, crowd control, and information booths.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent our clients' brands with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and minor issues promptly to maintain a seamless event flow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all venue safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality; dependable attendance is a must.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Background: Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
