Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket verification, and attendee flow at high-profile events
- Execute venue setup/breakdown according to event specifications and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot attendee inquiries in real-time
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
