Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Greet attendees warmly, manage check-in processes, and provide information to ensure a seamless entry experience.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's professional image by wearing branded uniforms and maintaining a positive demeanor at all times.
- Logistical Support: Assist with setting up event spaces, directing traffic, and managing crowds to ensure safety and order.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages, refill stations, and ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Problem Solving: Address attendee inquiries and minor issues on the floor, escalating complex situations to the event manager immediately.
- Breakdown: Assist in the efficient breakdown and cleanup of the event space after the conclusion of the function.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
