Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and attendees upon arrival.
- Event Operations: Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of various events, ensuring a seamless flow.
- Guest Assistance: Direct guests to their destinations and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Merchandise & Distribution: Handle the distribution of flyers, samples, or promotional materials accurately.
- Monitoring: Observe the event area to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members and supervisors to achieve event goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
