Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential verification
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control effectively
- Collaborate with vendors and internal team members seamlessly
- Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain event flow
- Represent the brand professionally through appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event technology (e.g., badge scanners)
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
