Responsibilities
- Execute crowd control and guest flow management at assigned venues
- Conduct safety inspections and emergency protocol enforcementProvide exceptional customer service to attendees and VIP guests
- Coordinate with security, vendors, and event management teams
- Operate entry systems and credential verification equipment
- Manage merchandise sales and concession stands as assigned
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
