Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance during events
- Implement crowd control and safety procedures as trained
- Manage event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications
- Monitor guest flow and resolve conflicts professionally
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
- Document incident reports and maintain event security
- Represent Nevada Event Solutions with professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to attend paid training (40 hours)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
