Responsibilities
- Execute venue setup, guest registration, and crowd control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during concerts, sports games, and corporate events
- Manage vendor coordination and emergency response procedures
- Operate event technology systems including ticket scanners and PA equipment
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration
- Maintain safety compliance and incident documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Professional demeanor under pressure
- Completion of paid training program (40 hours)
- Background check required
