Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including seating, decor, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and directional guidance
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators for seamless execution
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior event experience required – we provide full training!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
