Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and support at events including conferences, festivals, and corporate gatherings
- Manage guest registration, credential distribution, and directional assistance
- Ensure venue safety protocols are followed and emergency procedures are understood
- Collaborate with event coordinators to execute seamless operations and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces before, during, and after events
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service role
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
