Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown per venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and access control
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event leads
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Report operational concerns to supervisors
- Assist with emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service/hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
