Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing entry and exit points.
- Assist with event setup, including decoration, furniture arrangement, and equipment check.
- Maintain crowd control and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members and supervisors to execute event logistics smoothly.
- Perform light cleanup duties during and after events to maintain venue standards.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise to attendees as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus but not required.
