Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage entry points and maintain crowd flow to ensure venue safety and compliance.
- Assist with event setup, registration check-ins, and teardown processes.
- Answer attendee inquiries and provide accurate information about the event schedule.
- Monitor the event area for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the Event Management team to execute events seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions (outdoor events).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Previous hospitality or event staffing experience is a plus but not required.
