Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to all attendees and direct guests to their desired locations with a smile.
- Event Setup & Teardown: Assist in the setup of event venues, including tables, chairs, and signage, as well as the breakdown after the event.
- Guest Assistance: Answer questions, manage queues, and resolve minor guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Information Dissemination: Distribute promotional materials and answer general inquiries about the event to ensure guests feel informed.
- Uphold Safety Standards: Monitor the event area to ensure a safe and organized environment for all participants.
- Brand Representation: Represent our company with a professional image at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job. A passion for events is more important than prior experience.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be able to arrive on time and stay until the event concludes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry light objects for extended periods.
