Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown including signage and decorations.
- Direct guests to various areas and answer general inquiries.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the event team to execute smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
