Responsibilities
- Greeting and Registration: Welcome attendees, manage check-in processes, and distribute name badges or materials efficiently.
- Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd flow, maintain order, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Brand Representation: Represent our clients with a high-energy attitude, answering questions and providing directions.
- Ushering and Seating: Guide guests to their seats during conferences, performances, or seated dinners.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate effectively with venue staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
