Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, including decoration, seating arrangements, and signage placement.
- Greet and direct guests professionally to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as checking tickets or managing registration lists.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations in Memphis, TN.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Previous experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for weekends and evenings as needed.
