Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist with event setup, including signage, furniture arrangement, and decor.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
- Direct attendees to various sections, stages, or facilities.
- Collect tickets or passes and manage crowd flow effectively.
- Provide information and assistance to attendees to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the event team to resolve any guest inquiries or issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a schedule.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
