Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at all event venues.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, arranging seating, and setting up signage.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure a safe, organized environment for all attendees.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer basic attendee inquiries with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with the event coordination team to execute logistics smoothly.
- Assist with event breakdown and ensure venue cleanup is completed promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for all shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
