Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and attendees with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage registration desks, distribute badges/materials, and verify tickets.
- Assist with crowd control, wayfinding, and ensuring a safe event environment.
- Set up and breakdown of event infrastructure, including signage, furniture, and displays.
- Answer attendee inquiries regarding schedules, locations, and services.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to execute smooth operations on-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to various venues throughout Denver.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
