Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at high-profile events
- Set up, maintain, and break down event infrastructure including stages and décor
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with VIP guest handling and premium service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Operate specialized equipment (AV systems, registration kiosks)
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
