Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown procedures
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to 500+ attendees
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators in real-time
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live events
- Maintain brand consistency through professional appearance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Reliable transportation to Chandler venues
