Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all attendees, including VIP guests and dignitaries.
- Assist with venue setup, registration check-in, and orderly breakdown operations.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold uniform standards at all times.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event logistics.
- Collaborate with event management to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from various event locations in the Indianapolis metro area.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate amounts of equipment (up to 25 lbs).
