Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credentialing protocols
- Manage VIP hospitality zones with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate crowd flow and maintain safety per venue requirements
- Operate technical equipment (audiovisual, lighting, staging)
- Enforce venue policies and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Provide exceptional service to diverse client demographics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing experience
- ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
