Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table arrangements, signage, and decorations.
- Direct attendees to their seats, event areas, or restrooms efficiently.
- Answer general questions regarding event details, schedules, and venue amenities.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness throughout the event space.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor events).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Must be available for various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
