Responsibilities
- Set up/break down event equipment including staging, AV gear, and decor
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification
- Execute crowd control protocols and safety procedures
- Operate provided equipment: sound systems, lighting, registration kiosks
- Provide exceptional guest service and information dissemination
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members seamlessly
- Maintain pristine event spaces throughout shifts
- Report equipment issues and operational concerns
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Basic technical aptitude for provided equipment
- Must pass background check
