Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including staging, AV systems, and decor
- Manage guest registration and credential verification using provided tablets
- Enforce venue safety protocols using supplied safety gear and communication devices
- Execute crowd control strategies using designated barriers and signage
- Monitor event spaces and troubleshoot equipment issues using provided toolkit
- Coordinate with vendors using supplied two-way radios and event management apps
- Document incident reports using company-provided tablets and standardized forms
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in provided uniform
- Basic technical aptitude for operating event equipment (training provided)
- Strong communication skills with ability to use supplied communication devices
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally with provided safety equipment
